Easy Banana Nut Muffin Recipe 

You can go wrong with a classic dessert like banana nut muffins. This delicious recipe is simple and easy to follow. Whether you’re looking for a quick snack, a comforting breakfast or something special to take to a party, these banana nut muffins will hit the spot.


– ripe bananas, mashed – unsalted butter, melted – white milk – egg – vanilla – brown sugar – sugar – all-purpose flour – salt – baking soda – walnuts (optional) – 1 cup confectioners’ sugar

First steps

Spray a standard muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray and set aside. Add the mashed bananas, melted butter, and milk to a large mixing bowl. Mix to combine.


Beat in the egg and vanilla, and brown sugar. Add in the remaining dry ingredients and fold in until just mixed.

Next, fold in the walnuts or other nuts of your choice. If you’d like to add chocolate chips, now would be the time to do that as well. Fill muffin pan cups to about 4/5 full.



Place in the pre-heated oven and bake for 18-20 minutes. Remove from oven and cool. Enjoy!
