INGREDIENTS FOR QUICK AND EASY OREO S’MORES DIP RECIPE
Just 4 simple ingredients, plus your choice of dippers are needed for this recipe.
- 1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese
- 1 package (4 oz.) white baking chocolate
- 12 Oreo cookies
- 4 cups marshmallows (about 36 regular marshmallows)
- Extra goodies for dipping such as additional oreo cookies, graham crackers, strawberries or brownies!
- microwave safe mixing bowl (This pyrex set is my favorite)
- mixing spoon (I love this bright teal one!)
- cutting board
- knife for chopping Oreos
- oven-safe serving dish such as a 8- or 9-inch glass pie pan. A cast iron skillet would be great too!
HOW TO MAKE THIS QUICK AND EASY OREO S’MORES DIP RECIPE
This quick and easy recipe takes under 20 minutes from start to finish. And 15 minutes of that is baking time!
Step 1:
Heat your oven to 350°F.
Step 2:
Using your cutting board and knife, roughly chop the Oreo cookies. Set aside.
Step 3:
Grab your mixing bowl and add the white chocolate. Follow the instructions on the package to melt the chocolate.
Step 4:
Add the cream cheese to the mixing bowl that contains the melted chocolate. Stir until blended. Then mix in the chopped Oreo cookies.
Step 5:
Spread the cream cheese and white chocolate mixture onto bottom of 9-inch pie pan or other oven-safe baking dish.
Step 6:
Top the mixture evenly with marshmallows.
Step 7:
Bake for about 15 minutes or until dip is heated through. Remove from the oven.
Step 8:
Heat the oven broiler. Place the dip about 4 inches from heat. Broil 1 to 2 minutes or until marshmallows are golden brown. Keep a close eye on the dip while using the broiler. All ovens vary and marshmallows can burn quickly!
Step 6:
Allow the dip to cool slightly. Serve with your choice of dippers such as Oreo cookies, strawberries, graham crackers or brownies.
