Make With Or Without Rum

Ingredients

  • Milk
  • Nestle La Lechera Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • Egg yolks
  • Nescafe Clasico Instant Coffee Granules
  • Ground cinnamon
  • Rum (optional)
  • Vanilla extract or vanilla bean paste
  • Whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Whisk together milk, sweetened condensed milk, egg yolks, coffee granules, and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon in a medium saucepan.
  2. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently for 15 minutes or until the mixture reaches a gentle boil and coats the back of a wooden spoon.
  3. Remove from the heat and add rum and vanilla extract. If you’d prefer non-alcoholic eggnog, simply omit the rum. Another option is to let your guests add their own rum to the drink.
  4. Serve at room temperature or chilled topped with sweetened whipped cream and sprinkled with cinnamon.

  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon; plus extra for garnish
  • 2/3 cup rum (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • Whipped cream

Instructions
