This cinnamon roll waffle taco is an easy recipe made even better topped with a scoop of ice cream! 

This creative recipe was co-created by Breyers and CINNABON to celebrate the launch of their new bakery-inspired frozen dairy dessert.

Ingredients for Cinnamon Roll Waffle Tacos

  • Breyers CINNABON Frozen Dairy Dessert
  • Pillsbury Grands! CINNABON Cinnamon Rolls

How to Make Waffle Tacos with Cinnamon Roll Dough

Step 1:

Preheat waffle maker.

Remove cinnamon rolls from the can and set icing aside.

Step 2:

Spray waffle maker with no-stick cooking spray.

To make each taco, place 1 cinnamon roll in the center of the waffle maker and close lid.

Cook for 3 to 3 1/2 minutes or until cinnamon roll is golden brown and thoroughly cooked.

Step 3:

Remove the hot roll from the waffle maker.

While the roll is still hot, carefully fold in half using metal tongs to form a taco shell. Keep the roll folded and let cool.

Meanwhile make remaining taco shells, then cool.

Step 4:

To fill each taco shell, place 1 scoop (2/3 cup) Breyers CINNABON Frozen Dairy Dessert in the center of taco shell and gently spread to fill the waffle taco. Enjoy!

  • 1 can Pillsbury Grands! CINNABON Cinnamon Rolls

Instructions

  1. Preheat waffle maker. Remove cinnamon rolls from the can and set icing aside.
