- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, browned
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup white granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup black cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 5 ounces mini marshmallows (about 1/2 bag)

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Line a 9×9″ baking dish with parchment paper. Set aside.
- Add the chocolate chips to a large mixing bowl.
- In a saucepan, slowly melt the butter until it is slightly browned with a nutty smell.
- Carefully pour the browned butter over the chocolate chips. Let it sit for 1-2 minutes and then stir until the chocolate chips melt completely and the mixture is combined.
- Add the salt, white sugar, and brown sugar to the chocolate mixture. Whisk until combined.
- Add the eggs and vanilla. Whisk again until smooth.
- Next, fold in the black cocoa powder and flour until incorporated completely into a thick batter.
- Transfer the batter to the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake in the oven for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Let the brownies cool completely, then remove them from the baking dish.
- Add marshmallows to a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals until melted.
- When the melted marshmallow is cool enough to touch, grab a small amount and pull your fingers apart to make the “spider webs”.
- Drape the marshmallow webs over the top of the brownies. Repeat as needed.
- Cut the brownies into squares, serve and enjoy!
