Baked Pasta Chips Recipe

This recipe is sponsored by our friends at Sfoglini!

Baked pasta chips are super easy to make, but selecting the right pasta is key. The ideal pasta shape has lots of little nooks and crannies and is snack-sized for perfect poppability.

We decided to use Sfoglini Trumpets. The shape is super cute – they look like little bells with ruffly edges- perfect for snacking and dipping. And for an added bonus, Sfoglini pastas are high-quality, organic, non-GMO and made right here in the US.

FUN FACT! Sfoglini has lots many fun pasta shapes that are ideal for making these chips. You might want to also check out their Radiators, Reginetti and Zucca (like plump, round little pumpkins) pastas.
